REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ruth Wairimu Kamunge, of P.O. Box 14307, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.0435 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Bahati/Kabatini Block 1/15512, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (1) (5) of the Act provided that no valid objection has been received within that period.
