REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Everline Atieno Juma, as the administrator of the estate of Cornelia Okello Aim (deceased), of P.O. Box 88157-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in fee simple of all that piece a land containing 0.0449 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Mombasa, registered under title No. Ivlombasa/Shanzu S.S./40, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
