IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 39 (2) of the National Transport and Safety Authority Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Transport, Infrastructure, Housing, Urban Development and Public Works appoints — Maryan Hajir Abdikadir, Lilian Waithira Muiruri, James Nthiooi Ngomeli, Joseph Mcdonald Oduor, to be members of the Transport Licensing Appeals Board, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 28th October, 2021.
