IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred Section 4 (1) (a) of the Kerio Valley Development Authority Act, I, Uhuru Kenyatta, President and Commander-in-Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces of the Republic of Kenya, appoints— MARK KOSGEI CHESERGON to be the Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Kerio Valley Development Authority, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from 28th October, 2021.
