TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 3 OF 2020 By Justina Sinema Ndege, of P.O. Box 154-80302, Taveta in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ndege Oswe alais Nicholas Ndege, who died at Taveta, on 10th September, 2009. CAUSE No. 4 OF 2021 By Paul Muiruri Njoroge, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of David Njoroge Wainaina alias David Njoroge, who died at Njoro Sub-location, on 30th September, 2016. The Court will proceed to issue the same.unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
