TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 145 OF 2021 By Veronica Kayathi, of P.O. Box 119, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Muchui M'Akotha, late of Akithi, who died at Kiirua Hospital in Kenya, on 17th October, 2012. CAUSE No. 149 OF 2021 By Mwenda Jeremiah, of P.O. Box 240, Kianjai in Kenya, the deceased's brother, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of M'Makero M'Ibulu, late of Kianjai, who died there on 16th November, 1994. CAUSE No. 150 OF 2021 By Gladys Karei Lukaria, of P.O. Box 2269, Meru in Kenya, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elijah Lukaria Baine, late of Lanyiru, who died there on 15th July, 2009. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
