CAUSE No. 68 OF 2021 By Smilton Watene Karanja, of P.O. Box 85-10106, Othaya in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Emili Nyagaki, who died at Othaya Hospital in Kenya, on 9th September, 2018.
