TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. E55 OF 2021 By (1) Alfred Mwamboje Mzungu and (2) John Kadzenga Mzungu, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Daniel Muzungu Mwagambo, who died on 14th April, 1991. CAUSE No. E113 OF 2020 By Fadhil Suleiman Hamisi, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suleiman Khalphan Hamisi alias Suleiman Alfan Hamisi, who died on 13th September, 1998. CAUSE No. 205 OF 2021 By (1) Linda Maere Mwangala, (2) Gilbert Kanungu Mwaganda, (3) Benson Kanungu Mwaganda and (4) Kennedy Kanungu Mwaganda, the deceased's granddaughter and sons, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kanungu Mwaganda, who died at Kikambala, on 14th April, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
