CAUSE NO. 10 OF 2021 By (1) William Kandagor Toroitich and (2) Philemon Kiprotich Kandagor, the deceased's son and grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kwambai Tororei, who died at I. CAUSE No. 50 OF 2021 By Ambrose Chemisto, of P.O. Box 42, Kapsowar in Kenya, the deceased's son, through Messrs. Joseph C. K. Cheptarus and Co., advocates of Eldoret, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kiptoo Kimosop, who died at Emoi Village, Kapsumai Sub- location, on 30th January, 1986. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
