TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 190 OF 2021 By David Hayward, the deceased's widower, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Susan Hayward, who died on 21st July, 2021. CAUSE No. 207 OF 2021 By Richard Mukare Jefwa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nzingo Mwangirani Masha, who died on 20th January, 2007. CAUSE No. 208 OF 2021 By (1) Disii Katana Kithi and (2) Kitsao Katana Kiti, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Katana Kithi Karisa, who died on 10th September, 2000. CAUSE No. 209 OF 2021 By (1) Douglas Karisa Changawa, (2) Robert Kadenge Changawa, (3) Edward Kahindi Changawa and (4) Loice Kithi Karisa, the deceased's grandsons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of ietters of administration intestate to the estate of Kadenge Fondo Dena, who died on 13th August, 1995. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
