TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 327 OF 2021 By Anna Chepchirchir Busienei, of P.O. Box 695-30100, Eldoret in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Julius Kipruto Koskei, who died at Kaptuiyot, on 7th September, 2017. CAUSE No. 338 of 2021 By Richard Koech, of P.O. Box 183, Lessos in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Wilson Koros Kemei, who died at Lengut, on 25th November, 2019. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
