TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 123 OF 2021 By (1) James Nganga Githiri and (2) Joseph Mwangi Githiri, both of P.O. Box 56092-00200, Nairobi in Kenya, through Ann & Steve Mbugua Law, Advocates of Nairobi, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Githiri Munyoro, who died at Nairobi Women's Hospital in Kenya, on 28th February, 2019. CAUSE No. 295 OF 2021 By (1) Lilian Wanjiru Njuguna and (2) Kelvin Ndungu Kangethe, both of P.O. Box 176, Karuri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Samuel Kangethe Ndungu, who died at Gachorue, Kiambaa, on 24th February, 2021. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
