TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 325 OF 2020 By (1) Patrick Njuguna Kimethe and (2) John Waweru Kimethe, both of P.O. Box 511-00232, Ruiru in Kenya, the deceased's sons for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Maria Wamuhu alias Maria Wamuhu Kimethe, who died at Nazareth Hospital in Kenya, on 29th Janaury, 2007. CAUSE No. E410 OF 2021 By (1) Roki Ng'ang'a and (2) David Ng'ang'a Cauri, both of P.O. Box 1209-00232, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's sister-in-law and grandson, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Cauri Kamau alias John Kamau Cauri, ho died at Aga Khan Hospital in Kenya, on 13th March, 2016. CAUSE No. E514 OF 2021 By (1) George John Nganga Kamau, (2) Grace Gacambi Ngarachu and (3) Stephen Kuria Kamau, all of P.O. Box 221-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Elizabeth Wambui Kamau alias Kamau Elizabeth Wambui alias Wambui Kamau alias Ndathuru Kamau, late of Lari, who died at Kimende, on 29th January, 2013. CAUSE No. E516 OF 2021 By (1) George John Nganga Kamau, (2) Grace Gacambi Ngarachu and (3) Stephen Kuria Kamau, all of P.O. Box 221-00217, Limuru in Kenya, the deceased's sons and daughter, respectively, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kamau Chege, late of Kiambu, who died at Nairobi, on 2nd March, 1994. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
