CAUSE No. E173 OF 2021 By Calystus Wanyonyi Wanambuko, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Namunyu Minini alias Namunyu Wanambuko, who died at North Myanga, on 27th December, 1996. CAUSE NO. 259 OF 2021 By (1) Amoyi Wigram Were and (2) Adah M. Were, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Micah Mutuli Were, who died at Bungoma Hospital in Kenya, on 3rd May, 2010. CAUSE No. E221 OF 2021 By (1) Nixon Khwatenge Wakhungu and (2) Eliud Wekesa Manyifu, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Kubabi Manyifu Kuswi alias Bwabi Manyifu, who died at Kibisi, on 21st July, 1981. CAUSE NO. E236 OF 2021 By Moses Juma Sikuku, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Vincent Sikuku Nasang'ali alias Vincent Sikuku Nasangala, who died at Mbakalo Location, on 1st October, 2019. CAUSE No. E246 OF 2021 By (1) Godfrey Bitobo Wepukhulu and (2) Patrick Bitobo Wenani, both of P.O. Box 90, Naitiri in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Bendeniko Wepukhulu Vitobo alias Bendeniko Wepukhulu Bitobo, who died at Misikhu Mission Hospital in Kenya, on 10th November, 1997. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
