NOTICE is given in pursuant to the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) laws of Kenya, to the owners of the motor cycle registration No. KTM-Duke 690R Abs with Chassis No. VBKLDU401EM770001 and engine No. 0476020019 which is currently lying within the premises Samar Spare Parts and Garage, to take delivery of the same within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of all accumalarpd cost of repairs, storage charges, security and other incidental costs as at the date delivery is taken. Take further notice that unless the aforesaid motor cycle is not collected within the expiry of this notice, the same shall be sold by public auction without any further notice.
