NOTICE is issued pursuant to sections 5 and 6 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the registered/beneficial owners of motor vehicle reg. Nos. KAQ 78W, Nissan Matatu; KTWB 680R Tuk Tuk; KTWB 819A, Tuk Tuk.; KTWA 369V, Tuk Tuk; KTWA 329F, Tuk Tuk; KTWA 2428, Tuk Tuk; KTWB 245Y, Tuk Tuk, to collect/take delivery of the said abandoned motor vehicles lying at our clients' garage known as 3 in 1 car park, Likoni, Mombasa, upon expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of this publication and apon payment of all storage charges, advertisement, auctioneers charges plus any other costs incurred, failure to which we shall dispose the aforesaid motor vehicles by public auction without any further reference to the owners and any proceeds shall be defrayed against all outstanding repair/storage and any other accrued charges.
