WHEREAS David Ngala Bichii (deceased), of P.O. Box 7425- 30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of P. K. TONUI, S. N. MOKAYA, G. 0. ONGUTU, MR/2371663 15th October, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 5505 all that piece of land known as Eldoret Municipality/Block 21 (King'ong'o)/2732, situate in the district of Uasin Gishu, and whereas High Court at Eldoret in succession cause No. 18 of 2018, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Pens Chemeli Ngala, of P.O. Box 7425-30100, Eldoret in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deed in respect of the said piece of land is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and issue a land title deed in the name Penis Chemeli Ngala, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said David Ngala Bichii (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
