REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ekira Wanjiru Ngure, of P.O. Box 497, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as the proprietor in absolute ownership of all that piece of land containing 0.7948 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Molo South/Ikumbi Block 12/353, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
