WHEREAS Silas Mutua Ngayo, of P.O. Box 84676, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership of all that flat on Ground floor known as Subdivision No. 8907/UMN, situate in Mombasa District, registered as C.R. 35627, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of lease provided that no objection has been received within that period.
