NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 29th January, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 588, in Volume B-13, Folio 207/15773, File No. 1637, by our client, Yvonne Wayua Gacheru, on behalf of Amarissa Njeri (minor), formerly known as Amarissa Warighe, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Amarissa Warighe and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Amarissa Njeri, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Amarissa Njeri only.
