ACT
NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner
of motor vehicle Reg. N. KCH 474Z, Toyota Prado, currently parked
at Moryx Auto, of P.O. Box 42870–80100, Mombasa in Kenya, to
take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the
date of publication of this notice, upon payment of accrued storage,
insurance charges together with other costs incidental thereof, failure

to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold by public auction to
defray the accrued costs.
