APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given that Ponangipalli Venkata Ramana Rao (PVR Rao), of P.O. Box 51–00623 Nairobi, Kenya, has been appointed as an Administrator (“Administrator”) of Oshwal Aluminium Industries Limited (under Administration) (“the Company”) effective the 13th September, 2021. Following the appointment, all the affairs and business of the company are being conducted by the Administrator. The powers of the Administrator extend to all assets and undertakings of the company. The powers of the directors in terms of dealing with the company’s assets ceased. Any party having a claim against the company shall submit the claim in writing with relevant supporting documentation to the Administrator on or before the 15th day of October, 2021 for consideration. The Administrator acts as an agent of the company without personal liability.
