INQUIRY ORDER

WHEREAS on my own accord I have decided that an inquiry be held into the: (i) the by-laws; (ii) working, financial conditions, governance structures; and (iii) the conduct of present or past management committee members or officers of Relisa Housing Co-operative Society Limited (C/S 8662) and in accordance with section 58 as read together with section 73 of the Co-operative Societies Act, Cap. 490, laws of Kenya. I Now therefore, authorize: (1) Paul Richard Mulela, Principal Co- operative Auditor, Nairobi and (2) John Kinyua Kimuhu, Principal Co- operative Officer, Nairobi, to hold an inquiry within fifteen (15) days, at a such place and time as may be expedient and duly notified by them. The inquiry period commences on the 15th September, 2021. The attention of all officers and members of the society is directed to the following sections of the Co-operative Societies Act.
