REGISTRATION

PURSUANT to the court order in Environment and land court of Kenya at Keroka; Keroka ELC No. 21 of 2020, dated 2nd October, 2020, for revocation of all the land title deeds Nos. East/Kitutu/Kibirichi 3155, 3156 and 3157 (sheet 27), emanating from the fraudulent transaction undertaken by (1) Vincent Orindo Nyambane, (2) Gideon Machungo Kebande and (3) Samuel Kebande Orindo and the same be reverted to Nyambane Orindo (deceased), who is the bonafide owner after adjudication. Notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, the land title deeds shall be canccelled, the title deeds issued earlier shall be deemed as null and void for all purposes.
