REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Chirume Tsuma, is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land known as Takaye/Musoloni/553 and 720, situate in the district of Kilifi, after the implementation of a Court Order dated the 21st December, 2015 in Mombasa ELC No. 528 of 2009 and whereas the Directorate of Criminal Investigations vide a letter dated the 25th August, 2021, has found that the above court order is a forgery and did not originate from any court of law, I intend to amend the registers, cancel the registration of the court order and subsequent title deeds and restore the registers to reflect (1) Ahmed Mohamed Salim and (2) John Maina Kamau, as the proprietors of Takaye/Musoloni/553 and 720, respectively, notice is given that by the amendment of the register, the title deeds issued to George Chirume Tsuma and any subdivisions carried out thereafter shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
