REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Stephen Mathenge Kibicho (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Laikipia Ngobit Supuko Block 2/339(Wiumiririe), situate in the district of Laikipia, and whereas the Chief Magistrate’s Court of Kenya at Nyahururu in succession cause no. 79 of 1994, has issued grant in favour of Dorcas Njeri Mathenge, and whereas the said Dorcas Njeri Mathenge has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission of R.L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R.L. 19 in the name of Dorcas Njeri Mathenge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Stephen Mathenge Kibicho (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
