REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Benson Mungai Nganga (ID/1125393), (2) Monica Wanjiru Ng’ang’a (ID/6257273), (3) Alice Wanjiru Chege (ID/4315456), (4) Eunice Wachui Githendu (ID/1684026), (5) Esther Wanjiku Kuria (ID/6698404) and (6) Maureen Waithira Mbugua (ID/23171409), are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title No. Kiambaa/Ruaka/443, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
