THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Boniface Muriuki Mwaniki alias Boniface Muriuki Mwaniki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.52 hectare or thereabouts, known as Ngariama/Merichi/1026, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas the Senior Principal Magistrate's Court at Gichugu in succession cause No. MCSUCC/65 of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to Jane Njeri Mwaniki, and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Jane Njeri Mwaniki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Boniface Muriuki Mwaniki alias Boniface Muriuki Mwaniki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
