WHEREAS Julia Njoki Gatungo (deceased), is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of those pieces of land situate in the district of Kiambu, registered under title Nos. Thika Municipality, Block 24/1867 and 1158, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land registers of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue other land registers and the missing land registers are deemed to be of no effect. No. 36/VII/205, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance registered in Volume N36, Folio 464/2, File 11085, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the land register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
