WHEREAS Jamal Abubakar Nassir, is the appointed administrator of the estate of Abubakar Nassir Mohammed, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land situate in the district of Kilifi, registered under title No. 17th September, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 4495 Kilifi/Mtwapa/4792, and whereas there is sufficient evidence to show that the green card has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall reconstruct a new green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
