ACT
NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of
Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya to the owners
of motor vehicles reg. Nos. KBB 917H and KAB 965D, to take
delivery of the same from garage of Truck Breakers Spares Limited
within thirty (30) days from the date of this publication of this notice,
upon payment of storage and any other incidental charges plus cost of
publishing this notice, failure to which the said motor vehicles will be
sold by either public auction or private treaty without any other further
notice.
