INQUIRY ORDER
WHEREAS, members of Faridi Homing Co-operative Society
Limited (C/S 17430) petitioned the Commissioner that an inquiry be
held into the affairs of the society, now the Commissioner has ordered
that an inquiry be held to look inun—
(i) the by-laws;
(ii) working and financial condition of; and
(iii) the conduct of present or past management committee of
Faridi Housing Co-operative Society Limited (C/S 17430)
