REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Comply Industries limited, of P.O. Box 14663, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 06382 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered under title No. Nakuru Municipality Block 8124, and whereas the laud register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days front the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
