REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ndegwa John Kariuki (ID/5745199), of P.O. Box 13911-041311t/0-, Oily Square in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as pieprietor bn nhvolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the *Aid of Rolm, registered under title No. Ruiru East/Juja East Blook 2/4755., and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to issue another land register and the missing land register is deemed to be of no effect.
