REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Timothy Kimeto Tarus (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land situate in the district of Nandi, known as Nandi/Kiptildi1/546,542.334,333 and 548, and whereas the High Court at Eldoret in succession cause No. 11 of 2020, has issued grant of letters of administration in favour of (1) Roda Kesumo Tarus and (2) Symon Tuwey Timothy, of P.O. Box 85-30300, Kapsabet in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the land title deeds issued earlier 30th July, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3317 to the said Timothy Kimeto Tarus (deceased), in respect of the said pieces of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provide no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument LRA 39, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Timothy Kimeto Tarus (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
