THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nchayo ole Saponyo (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 90.0 hectares or thereabout, known as Kajiado/Ntashart/108, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 81 of 2019, has issued grant in favour of (1) Stephen Kitu Sapunyu, (2) Satan ole Sapunyu and (3) Tatatia ene Sapunyu, as administrators, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thiry (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Nchayo ole Saponyo (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
