THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Ng'ang'a Kimani (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.10 and 0.47 hectare or thereabouts, known as Mwea/Tebere/B4239 and 4240, repectively, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Wang'uru in succession cause no. 17A of 2020, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Anne Wairimu Ng'ang'a (ID/32058565 and (2) Agnes Waithira Mwangi (1D/5757454), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Anne Wairimu Ng'ang'a (ID/32058565 and (2) Agnes Waithira Mwangi (ID/5757454), and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Samuel Ng'ang'a Kimani (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
