THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Marclus Kathutwa Muriuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 2.40 hectares or 30th July, 2021 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3315 thereabout, known as Mwea/murinduko/345, situate in the district of Kirinyaga, and whereas in the high Court of Kenya at Embu in succession cause no. 440 of 2006, has issued grant and confirmation letters to (1) Eliud Gachoki Kathutwa (ID/9719082) and (2) Anastasia Njeri Mugo (ID/9719013), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to (1) Eliud Gachoki Kathutwa (ID/9719082) and (2) Anastasia Njeri Mugo (ID/9719013), and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Marclus Kathutwa Muriuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
