THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Waiguru Muritu (deceased), of P.O. Box 220, Kangema in Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.82 hectare or thereabouts, known as Loc. 10/Kahuti/2292, situate in the district of Murang'a and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 1277 of 2009, has issued grant and confirmation of letters to Johnson Kamuri Waiguru (ID/1333667), and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed to the said Johnson Kamuri Waiguru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Joseph Waiguru Muritu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
