REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Kishor Meghji Shah, (2) Anil Kumar Chandalal Shah and (3) Dharmendra Chandulal Shah, all of P.O. Box 48635, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/111/325, situate in the city of Nairobi in Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I.R. No. 30205/1, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said property register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
