NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 30th June, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Mombasa as Presentation No. 426, in Volume B-13, Folio 2107/17096, File No. 1637, by our client, Fawzan Fawaz Jamal Said, of P.O. Box 84638- 80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Khuweilid Fawaz Jamal Said, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Khuweilid Fawaz Jamal Said and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Fawzan Fawaz Jamal Said, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Fawzan Fawaz Jamal Said only.
