NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th July, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 350, in Volume DI, Folio 175/3399, File No. MMXXI, by our client, James Matu Ndanjeru, of P.O. Box 178- 10100, Nyeri in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as James Matti Macharia, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name James Matu Macharia and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name James Matu Ndanjeru, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name James Matu Ndanjeru only.
