NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th July, 2021, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1455, in Volume DI, Folio 178/3445, File No. MMXXI, by our client, Cindy Rita Opiyo, of P.O. Box 15909-00100, Nairobi in Kenya, formerly known as Rita Cindy Atieno Opiyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Rita Cindy Atieno Opiyo, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Cindy Rita Opiyo, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Cindy Rita Opiyo only.
