THE LABOUR RELATIONS ACT

AMENDMENT

NOTICE is given to all members of Kenya Association of Building and Civil Engineering Contractors in pursuant to section 27 (4) of the Labour Relations Act, that a notice of change of the constitution of the Association has been received. Any member intending to raise any objection against the amendments of the constitution is required to submit in writing any objections within twenty-one (21) days from the date hereof.
