REGISTRATION

pursuant to section 62 (1) (b) (c) of the said Act, I cancel the registration of the said society and order that it be liquidated with immediate effect. Further in pursuant to section 65 of the said Act, I appoint Hesbon Mbuthia Kiura, Assistant Commissioner for Co-operative Development, Nairobi, to be the liquidator for a period not exceeding one (1) year and authorize him to take into custody all properties of the said society including such books, documents as it is deemed necessary for the completion of the liquidation exercise.
