THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Alois Gor Orango (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Kanyamwa/Kayambo/Kwamo/2605, situate in the district of Homa Bay, and whereas the Principal Magistrate's Court at Ndhiwa in succession cause No. E4 of 2021, has issued grant documents to Beldina Adek Gor and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land title deed to the said Beldina Adek Gor, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Alois Gor Orango (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
