THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Mary Wanjiku Ruiru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.81 hectare or thereabouts, known as Kajiado/Kipeto/270, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in succession cause no. 1132 of 2014, has issued grant in favour of (1) Pens Wanjiko Kariuki and (2) Anne Njeri Ng'ang'a, to be registered as administrators, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration in favour of the administrators, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Mary Wanjiku Ruiru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
