REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Samuel Chepkwony Kimaiywa (ID/6590961), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containiong 0.80 hecatre or thereabouts, situate in the district of Koibatek, registered under title no. Baringo/Radad "A"/324, and whereas the land register/green card in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register/green card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
