REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Thomas & Piron Grands Lacs Limited, of P.O. Box 2714-202 Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that premises Numbered P2, erected on all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 15023, situate in the north of Mavoko Municipality in Machakos District, by virtue of a lease registered as I.R. 140952/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
