COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above-mentioned development plan was on 18th May, 2021, completed. The development plan relates to land situated in the designated Kajiado Municipality within Kajiado County. Copies of the development plan as prepared have been deposited for public inspection at the Office of the Kajiado County Director of Physical Planning, Kajiado Town. The copies so deposited are available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the Office of the Kajiado County Director of Physical Planning, Kajiado Town, between the hours of 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m., from Monday to Friday. Any interested persons who wish to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above named development plan may send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Director, Physical Planning, P.O Box 11-01100, Kajiado, not later than sixty (60) days from the date of this publication and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made.
